Say What?

So I know the title of this blog probably makes little or no sense to most, but here's the story. I am a teacher and I stay at home with my kids. I have ALWAYS wanted to home school. I enjoy my children and love seeing them take on new levels of achievement in their learning. HOWEVER, my husband is also a teacher and happens to work at a wonderful Montessori charter school and we love the education our kids can get there as well. It is a balanced and full curriculum that we are lucky to have available.

Nonetheless, I can't help but notice that we are continually doing "works" at home. We get interested in something and it turns into a project that takes over our kitchen counter. I realized that with a little organization and and intentionality we are homeschooling, even if only part time. I started this blog to keep track of our work and also to share experiences and ideas with our family and other homeschooling (or not) moms.
