Keeley and Mama M. talked me into it I swear.
Although I have zero expectation that I will fit into any definition of *hot* come the end of the challenge they have nicknamed, "Hot & Healthy Through The Holidays".
Actually it just fits into a conversation Tim and I have been having lately on cutting down on the refined sugar and processed foods. We eat less junk than many, but we could do better. Way too much fun dessert making going on lately.
So, I guess that would be why.
There might be a second reason why I'm participating, but I can't bear my whole soul the first day, can I?
So expect an update from me every Tuesday on my progress towards the weekly goals set by the gurus and on the goals Tim and I set for our family nutrition and all that jazz.
This weeks goal is 30 minutes of fitness 5 days.
I'd better tell Tim to take the truck to work more so I have to walk more places.
I'll work on that.
