Pin-spiration

I have been hearing a lot about this thing called Pinterest.  It sounded intriguing, but really...did I NEED one more thing to suck me further into dependence (addiction) on the internet?

Apparently I did.

It is quite handy... actually.  My 8 million homeschool and craft ideas bookmarked are now organized into cute little pictures instead of vague words that could apply to any variety of things.  Ok, well I haven't actually gone through all of them yet but it's on my to-do list, I promise.  Just as soon as I stop finding things to pin....

....and then make.

What started my *pinning* was this super cute felt garland.

In the instructions she cut out all these little shapes by hand.  Great, if you're into that, but I have a special super power when it comes to cutting out little shapes.

Isn't it pretty?

I envision fall leaves, spring flowers, and all other sorts of festive holiday and seasonal cheer!

I think I might even need a few liturgical themed ones, right?

What custom garland would you want?

I have been meaning to comment on this post for a while... I love this idea! Thanks for sharing it. I am also a follower of your blog and a Catholic home-schooler. I love all the pictures and little ideas and resources here and there. Thanks for taking the time to share with all of us. (I think I found you through CCF, if you have no idea what that is, just ignore it ;))
